Personal Trainer Bio
Amy Merli has been working and training the human body since 2002. She has taken many different kinds of anatomy and kinesiology. With her consistent developing sense of biomechanics and her hands on knowledge of the body she has developed a system for training each body individually safely and efficiently. Amy has studied many years of yoga, pilates and gyrotonics which lead to her recent 200 hour yoga teach training. While at NYSC Amy completed the foundations courses, NASM courses and Club Strength classes. Weather you want to lose weight, define muscle, build coordination or just cross train from a different athletic discipline, She has the ability train your body to your specific goals. Amy has worked with elite athletes, weight loss clients, pre-military clients, ski conditioning clients, general health clients, among many other types of injury (past and present) and health conditions.
